My sketchbook is my raw feed, my thoughts, ideas and machinations on the page. Some sketches are digitized and become commercial art, others become direction for bigger ideas, and others are disposable and forgotten. Most sketches are done on 24" x 18" sheets.

Refined
Refined sketches of the symbols and themes that occupy my mind. I usually illustrate under the pseudonym Shep.
Creative Process
As part of a creative process I often sketch to get the ideas and processes out of my head and on to the page or just to up my illustration game. These are the best of those visuals.

My mind often gravitates towards the theme of Time and how its perceived physically. These sketches are the product of this line of thought.
